**Summary**
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product to define, market, and support our free-to-play mobile gaming portfolio. You will work closely with our development teams and stakeholders to understand the market, identify opportunities, and provide analytics insights from creation to launch for our live operations. You will also be responsible for prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful tasks. This is a strategic, metrics-driven role focusing on the game’s user acquisition, engagement, and monetization crucial to delivering engaging games that are fun, iconic, and meet our revenue goals. You will learn a ton, have fun, and be a critical part of our success.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to provide new experiences and features to our players maximising titles' acquisition, engagement, monetization, and of course, fun
- Act as a liaison between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Oversee the development stages, ensuring the final product meets the defined requirements
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Develop and maintain an expected outcome framework for features, enforce a culture of scientific rigor by validating hypotheses across key features and game systems, drive qualitative input strategies, and establish regular check-ins with the game team to inform feature design and product strategy
- Conduct post-release analyses, communicate takeaways to teams and executives, and collaborate with junior team members to document and share learnings.
- Analyse games industry market trends and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to promote titles both in-game and externally to optimize response/ROI
- Work with the Director of Product in business planning and KPI setting for the team
**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in product management within the games industry with Mobile expertise
- Experience using Excel (can perform complex functions) or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to build dashboards and produce insights
- Experience in a B2C product management environment where your consumer is the priority
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles with experience with product management tools like JIRA or Trello
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends
