At ALPAKA, we design high-performance gear for people who are always in motion. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring creative excellence to our in-house team and strengthen the bridge between our agency and internal stakeholders. If you're a brand guardian with a sharp eye, an adaptable mindset, and a love for execution as much as ideation. We'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own graphic design projects across the brand, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel.
  • Lead visual direction on capsule launches and collaborate with teams to deliver premium executions.
  • Design EDMs and website assets.
  • Create presentations, decks, social graphics, packaging, internal materials, and more.
  • Serve as the main contact for our creative agency, streamlining workflow and feedback loops.
  • Contribute innovative design ideas during concept development and campaign ideation sessions.
  • Deliver art direction support and work collaboratively with copywriters.
  • Lead art direction for photo and video shoots to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand storytelling and design innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house at a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma
  • Strong experience taking designs from concept to production.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
  • Bonus: Illustration skills, experience design, Canva, 3D.
