**The role**
Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Accounts Payable Officer, based at Stafford, Brisbane. Working within the centralised Finance department within a team of experienced staff, primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Coding and data entry of invoices
- Checking data entry of invoices for accuracy
- Filing of invoices and other paperwork for/from payment processing
- Reconciling Travel Card
- Completing EFT, BPays and International payment runs and other adhoc payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Performing End of Month functions
- Liaison with site Administrators

**The essentials**
Excellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential for success in this role. You will have a proven ability to work within a large team environment. In addition, you should possess:

- At least 2 years full accounts payable experience within a high-volume environment
- A high level of computer literacy including Excel, with Pronto & Oracle experience viewed favourably
- The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the success of a team with competing priorities
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload
- A commitment to quality, service and innovation
- Professional manner and appearance
