Stafford, Queensland, Australia Geocal Group Full time $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Are you ready to take the next step in your body corporate and property career?

The Geocal Group is a boutique construction and development business that encompasses a growing body corporate administration and management rights portfolio. We're looking for an energetic and organised administrator who's ready to grow with us — someone who enjoys independence, variety, responsibility, and being part of a small, capable team.

About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to an experienced body corporate or property administrator who's ready to take on their first management position. You'll be the key link between our building residents, contractors, and management team — ensuring everything runs smoothly across our body corporate, management rights, and facilities operations.

You'll be involved in:

  • Fully administering a small base of existing schemes and helping grow the portfolio organically
  • Drafting notices, agendas, taking minutes and chairing meetings
  • Managing budgets, collecting arrears, arranging repairs and scheduled maintenance
  • Developing policies, procedures and supporting quality documents for the portfolio
  • Handling all portfolio communications, correspondence, and filing
  • Supporting our management rights operation – arranging cleaning, gardening, facilities management and maintenance coordination
  • Assisting the on-site letting team with tenant and owner liaison as required
  • Assisting the construction and development team with permits, service connections, and compliance matters
  • Providing general office and administration support where needed

About you

A working knowledge of management rights and body corporate administration is essential, along with strong skills in the Urbanise software platform.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have over 3 years' experience in body corporate, property, or facilities administration
  • Are a natural organiser who enjoys taking responsibility and following things through
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
  • Are motivated by variety — no two days are the same
  • Want to be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution is valued

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to start their mid-career stage, ready to step up and take ownership in a business that values initiative and reliability over hierarchy and formality.

What we offer

  • $60,000-$85,000 + superannuation depending on experience
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday role
  • Friendly, small-office environment
  • Real opportunity for growth and to make the role your own as our portfolio expands
  • Direct exposure to body corporate, development, construction, property, and facilities operations
