**Introduction**:
In this dynamic and busy role you will uphold our Centre's practice based on the recognition of the strengths of each child and creating new ways of knowing and learning. We have a small, friendly and welcoming team and as a passionate, experienced, Diploma qualified educator you'll love being an integral part of our what we do. Your experience in Nursery will be highly regarded, as will your keenness to either continue your practice based on RIE/Pikler principles or become educated on them.

**Description**:
Every day will challenge, delight and allow you opportunity for creatively engaging with the children. In the nursery your special skills will shine - you will be experienced in being able to prioritise, multi skill, stay organised and move quickly. This is a highly regarded position at CRCS and we will be hiring a very special person. At times you may be called upon to visit and assist one of our other centres too and this will give you added experience and a greater understanding of our other educators skills and practices.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be considered for this highly regarded position you will ideally have experience in Educating in Nursery for the 0-2 years, you will also hold a Diploma of early Childhood Education and Care and be a self starter with great levels of energy and optimism.

**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
