A well-known, High Profile Federal Government Department are seeking an experienced **Service Desk Analyst **to join a fast-paced, supportive agile team in Canberra. You will be responsible for providing first and second level IT Support to internal stakeholders. You will secure an **initial 12-month contract** **partnered with long term extension options.**

**The successful Service Desk Analyst will need the below**:

- Strong experience in the provision of desktop and network support services
- Demonstrated experience in providing onsite support and working within a service/help desk environment
- Experience and knowledge in a broad range of technical skills including: Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Windows 10, Microsoft Office and video conferencing
- A strong client service focus and delivery of quality customer service
