LaManna Premier Group (LPG) is one of Australia's largest fresh produce supply chain companies. LPG provides both its domestic and overseas customers with a single source of supply across a diverse range of fruit and vegetable categories.

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Production Supervisor ( Section Leader) to join our WA Operations & Services team.

You will be key in driving the successful performance of a Section of the warehouse and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring orders are packed and picked according to all appropriate procedures.
- Organising production activities ensuring objectives and targets are achieved within required time frames.
- Collaborating with the quality department to ensure assurance and systems compliance.
- Optimising current processes and instigation of continuous improvement activity.
- Providing leadership and daily direction for staff of your section.
- Driving the WHS program, ensuring the team follow all appropriate safety systems and processes.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and abilities:

- Rostered hours consisting of Sunday-Friday, 5am start. (Tuesday & Saturday off).
- Forklift Licence is highly regarded or applicant is driven to obtain licence whilst employed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate activities efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and requirements.
