We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor - Day Shift based at our Canning Vale Distribution Centre who will help to ensure the efficient and economical utilisation of facilities and resources for receiving, storing and distributing products.

**What you'll do**:
Manage the carton pick costs, labour costs and warehouse costs

Comply with OHS systems, ensure RTW procedures are met, compliance with HACCP systems, compliance with COR legislation, ensuring all equipment is maintained and warehouse cleanliness is of a high standard

Maintain shrinkage budgeted, manage all cycle counts and manage stock loss where appropriate

Ensure performance management is completed, standard operating procedures are in place and the allocation of staff levels are adhered to

Provide effective leadership, training and coaching.

**What you'll bring**:
Experience within the Logistics or Warehouse management sector

Passion for safety and people

Proven leadership experience with a talent for motivating and engaging your team

The ability to work within a fast paced, changing environment
