We have an exciting new role to join the WA Logistics Operation team as the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role you will ensure warehouse operations are conducted in line with Metcash policies and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding all agreed targets by driving a cohesive team and working environment. This role will run on a 9am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday and occasional weekend work required.

What you’ll do
- Warehouse performance to standard
- People and performance management (through training, counselling, toolbox meetings, FTR’s ATR’s LTR’s)
- Identify training needs and co-ordinate training (in house and through training courses)
- Warehouse shrinkage/ullage
- Ensure compliance with company standards & procedures (including but not limited to OH&S, injury management, HR, HACCP, COR, NTP)
- Deliver high level of customer service / delivery in full on time (DIFOT)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in FMCG or similar role
- Competencies in logistics i.e. WMS, material handling, transport
- Ability to deliver or co-ordinate team member training
- Knowledge of statutory regulations including HACCP and OH&S
- Strong safety culture and customer focus
- Experience in leading teams and managing performance
