Join our team as a customer service representative/ call centre operator working with Road Safety 1 business line. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. **Responsibilities**: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Adapt quickly to new software systems & tools **Qualifications**: - 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Office environment experience - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook - Technically savvy with ability to learn and adapt to new systems We are looking for people with: - Quality customer service preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced call centre environment. - Effective and timely communication skills. - A proactive and can-do attitude. - Experience dealing with broad range of enquiries.
