**Marketing Manager**.

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a content strategy that aligns with Product-led Growth (PLG) approach, engages our audience, and translate into freemium customers.
Your collaboration with our product and customer-facing teams will be key to prioritizing both go-to-market and PLG initiatives and optimizing how our content and channels perform. This role is founded on your innate ability to build valuable relationships with customers, stakeholders, colleagues, and your team.
You’re passionate about setting a high bar for performance and results. You continually push the boundaries of what’s possible, improving content and channels by leveraging research, emerging innovations, customer insights, and operational data that translates higher conversion rates and business results.
**In this role, you will**:
- Oversee all aspects of content creation and production, by managing and mentoring a graphic designer, coordinating with additional outsourced writers and vendors, and ensuring all content is consistent, on-brand, and meets strategic objectives.
- Optimize content performance through SEO and data analysis, leveraging analytics to measure effectiveness, drive conversions, and inform data-driven improvements and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as digital, ABM, sales, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive messaging and effective content distribution across all channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new content opportunities and continually refine and adapt content strategies.
- Present content strategies and performance reports to leadership, providing insights into campaign outcomes and contributing to strategic decision-making.
**Experience that will help you succeed**:
- Experienced content marketer with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, working in partnership with demand generation teams.
- Proven team management skills with experience coordinating with external vendors or freelancers.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, supported by a solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and a basic understanding of AI writing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, combined with creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
