Trademark Group is a diversified organisation headquartered at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, with a portfolio of subsidiary companies across industries. This role will directly support TMM Digital Agency, our Dubai-based digital marketing subsidiary, while also contributing to events coordination and management across the Trademark Group.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable candidate to provide sales, marketing, and events support from our Sydney headquarters. This role will act as a bridge between our Sydney and Dubai teams, ensuring continuity of service outside of Dubai's working hours, while also assisting the Trademark Australia with the coordination and delivery of key events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist with lead generation, prospect outreach, and client engagement activities to support TMM Digital Agency's business development.
• Provide sales support, including preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Use marketing tools (e.g., CMS, social media platforms, ad managers, analytics dashboards) to make updates, edits, or adjustments as needed outside Dubai business hours.
• Coordinate with the Dubai HQ team to ensure smooth project delivery and communication flow.
• Support in day-to-day operations, including reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Creative & Content Support

• Edit and produce videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Create and prepare professional documents and print materials using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop for both digital and print needs.
• Assist in developing branded marketing materials for campaigns and events.

Events Coordination & Management

• Assist the Trademark Australia Team in planning, organising, and delivering corporate events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, guest communications, and on-site support.
• Provide creative input for event branding, marketing materials, and attendee engagement.
• Support with post-event reporting and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

• Sales experience (internship, casual, or prior role) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• After Effects & Premiere Pro for video editing and production.
• Illustrator & InDesign for professional documents and print design.
• Photoshop for photo editing and retouching.
• Interest in events coordination and management, with organisational skills to handle logistics and timelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across time zones.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
