Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in North Rocks, NSW. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, supervising marketing staff, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging. This role also involves overseeing digital marketing efforts, coordinating events, and building relationships with stakeholders to promote FABE's brands effectively.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Supervisory skills and experience in leading a marketing team
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
