**The Role**
As a Training Coordination Officer, you will work together with the Training Plans and Operations team to develop, deliver and maintain the Air Force Training Group Training Course Schedule and the Aviator Training Plans for Air Force. You will design and develop solutions to support Air Force Recruitment, Induction and Initial Employment Training. Your demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets consistently and accurately in a complex workforce management process will be key to your success.

Your ability to work both in an integrated team environment and autonomously, utilising your strong communication skills to respond to internal and external stakeholders will be instrumental for this role. You will assist in continual improvement of our planning systems, tools, and provide a forward leaning quality assurance capability for the training plans.

- Analytical skills in the development and maintenance of training plans to meet Defence priorities.
- Have a passion for maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and experience in a similar training planning role would be highly valued.
- Able to earn the trust of a range of stakeholders by demonstrating your commitment to data accuracy, traceability, repeatability and training system methodologies.
- Highly developed communications skills are a necessity and
- An understanding of the Air Force and the ADF Rationalised Training systems would be beneficial.
