Your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, supporting the clinicians with high professionalism, leading the practice operations, to being a key person in our National team - every day is an opportunity to keep us moving our practice forward

As Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice:

- Leading the support team with energy and enthusiasm
- Managing the end to end patient experience - from welcoming patients to ensuring all patients are rebooked and leave with a smile, willing to give a great Google review
- Managing operational processes, protocols and procedures.
- Managing up to date Infection Control - ensuring full compliance
- Managing Core, our PMS with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring all clinicians have full books
- Being part of the National team, leading and reporting on weekly practice data
- Recruit, onboard and train support staff, fully supported by the National Operations team
- Answering inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm resulting in multiple bookings
- Working with the National Treatment Coordinator calling patients for treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Proven experience managing compliant infection control in a fast-paced dental setting.
- Demonstrated collaborative team contribution - you are eager to connect with like-minded professionals across our national network who are focused on growth and positive change.
