Physio One is seeking multiple friendly Receptionists to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs. Our passionate and friendly admin team are responsible for providing outstanding administration support to a busy team of practitioners, and a high level of care to our patients. Working across multiple clinics, a current valid driver’s licence and own transport is non-negotiable. The successful applicant will be employed under the HPASS award, with level determined by experience. A valid Police Clearance is also required.
Minimum 12 months experience in an allied health, medical, administration or similar position required. We offer on the job training and support in a warm, encouraging and rewarding team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, professional and friendly service to all clients and practitioners.
- Manage patient enquiries, appointments and follow up care.
- Attend to requests by practitioners and patients with due diligence and efficiency.
- Update and maintain patient records.
- Process payments including HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, Eftpos, and Work Cover claims.
- Cash handling, banking and adhering to clinic policies & procedures.
- Start and end of day procedures.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Outstanding customer service, focusing on kindness, empathy & respect.
- Effective, polite & professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
- Experience with healthcare/medical software preferred but not a requirement.
- Adaptable, with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Effective time management.
- An efficient work ethic and outstanding problem solving capabilities.
- Dedication to self-development and a desire to grow in the role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, takes pride in performance and outcomes.
- High level of productivity in a team environment and autonomously.
