**YOUR ROLE**

Our Digital Customer Experience team is growing, and we are looking for a Behavioural Science Specialist to join us on a **15-month fixed term contract.** You’ll be part of a cross functional team where you’ll deliver a program of work within a given portfolio. This unique opportunity will see you perform a range of activities from rapid response recommendations and jam sessions to being accountable for full behavioural defining, diagnosing, designing, and testing. You’ll work closely with other capabilities such as UX, service design, digital content and will both represent and be supported by your home team of behavioural scientists.

You’ll showcase your behavioural insights skills by carrying out behavioural audits of existing online flows, identifying pain points, behavioural barriers and opportunities for optimisation and provide recommendations backed by behavioural science evidence or rationale. You’ll be familiar running randomised control trials, where appropriate, to determine which redesigns are likely to work best and measure our impact.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Expertise in designing experiments, analysing results, and interpreting the findings
- Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally within financial services and/or digital delivery
- Ability to manage trade-offs and work within constraints and to scope the work, identifying the best activities to do given the objectives of the portfolio squad and any time/resources constraints
- Excellent collaboration and communication with colleagues and stakeholders
- Comfortable explaining behavioural science processes and rationale to a non-specialist audience
- Master’s level or equivalent academic qualification in behavioural science or related field
