We are Hearts & Science - a global communications agency with offices in Auckland, Melbourne, and Sydney.
We are currently looking for an Investment Manager to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity, with a lot of scope to grow, supporting the client and transforming its digital journey (beyond media).
Supported by a relatively junior team (Executive and a Coordinator) there is a real opportunity to develop and mentor those around you to bring them up to speed and making you a true Investment Manager.

**Your day to day**:
Meticulous implementation of campaigns and reporting process while delivering on the communication and investment objectives.
- Buy media and manage campaign delivery tracking (offline)
- Assisting the Investment Managers and Directors to grow the usage of the different media channels.
- Maintaining relationships with key media owners and the broader PHD team.

Day to day management of agreed initiatives and implementation of campaigns
Ensure brief is delivered/bought to plan within appropriate criteria (budget, targets etc.)
Negotiations (i.e. Discounts, makegoods and added value)
Budget control, data entry and checking
Work closely with the Group Trading Director to ensure that auditing deliverables are met

**Required skills and experience**:

- TV buying and trading experience
- Inside out knowledge of all buying tools
- Relevant local marketing experience
- Takes ownership for behaviour and integrity of work
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Committed to training and mentoring team members
