**Duties**
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Behavioural Insights Specialist** you will:
- **Create behaviourally informed products and services**: Lead multiple projects to create behaviourally informed suites of education and advisory services that support our customer base with prevention and return to work initiatives. We need expertise to support our transition from helping customers face to face to a scaled approach that is dependent on a segmentation model. E.g. Bootcamp, communities of practice, microlearning approach depending on customer needs or advisory services.
- **Project Management and Adaptability**: Skilled in managing multiple small-medium projects with agility, employing a test-and-learn approach in a dynamic work environment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Excellent relationship-building, with the ability to balance diverse interests and drive collaborative solutions.
**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in psychology, behavioural science, or a related field, with a focus on behavioural insights (essential)
- Certification or demonstrated knowledge in data-driven communication and A/B Testing (essential)
- Business acumen and strong project management skills
- Data-driven projects/communication experience
- Behaviourally informed product/service development
