The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- A great opportunity has arisen to join Zurich's First Line Governance team as a Governance Insights Manager.- The objectives of the First Line Governance Centre of Excellence are to ensure that Zurich operates effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations, but at the heart of what we do is protect Zurich, our employees, our customers, and shareholders. We foster a culture of quality continuous improvement, and risk management.- The role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and ensuring quality data capture, to capture key metrics, trends, and performance indicators for First Line Governance. This includes generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide actionable recommendations and insights to senior management and stakeholders. In addition, the role involves conducting in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in Disputes Resolution, Incidents Management, Quality Assurance, and Frameworks. It also includes linking outcomes to CX Chapter metrics such as TNPS.- Data management and visualization tasks involve collecting, validating, and consolidating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaboration with the data team is necessary to design and implement Power BI & PowerApps solutions. This enhances data comprehension and facilitates decision-making processes. Documentation of processes is crucial to maintain data integrity and accessibility, including identifying Continuous Improvement opportunities.- The role also focuses on providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Key insights and trends are communicated, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and improvement areas, including PSIs. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders is essential to develop actionable recommendations for enhancing processes, frameworks, and controls. The role actively participates in meetings and presentations to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making discussions.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Power BI experience - compulsory
- Ideally be Microsoft Certified as a Power BI Data Analyst
- Knowledge of Power Apps highly desirable
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting/insights generation skills
- Understanding of planning processes
- Knowledge of Insurance performance metrics desirable
- Capability to analyse positions from both IT/business perspectives and effectively resolve issues
- Good understanding of Underling Business Models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
