Junior Insights Analyst ( SQL / Tableau )

Sydney (Hybrid work)

$120k (incl. Super)

Are you a Data Analyst eager to join a world-class Analytics team and design, build and analyse targeted campaigns?

This could be for you

Our client, one of Australia's favourite organisations who are dedicated to their customers, are looking to make multiple Junior Insight Analyst ( SQL / Tableau ) hires.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, providing recommendations and campaign solutions to your stakeholders.

This role aids the facilitation and consultation on the overall campaign process for their Loyalty customers across a variety of programme and product initiatives, including; pre-campaign data analysis, target list extraction, segmentation, campaign build, utilisation of propensity models as well as monitoring campaign engagement across multiple channels.

Essential skills for the Junior Insight Analyst ( SQL / Tableau ) role:

- 1-2 years' experience in a Campaign Analytics role within a data-driven company
- Strong SQL querying and relational databases experience
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Capable of managing and prioritising multiple competing tasks for varying stakeholders
- Highly analytical with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Results orientated, self-motivated and proactive
- Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Understanding of online infrastructure, eg cookies, tags, ad serving

Desirable skills for the Junior Insight Analyst ( SQL / Tableau ) include:

- Digital Marketing experience with Google Analytics / Adobe
- Knowledge of statistical modelling tools and techniques, eg: SAS, segmentation, propensity models
- Knowledge of the Australian marketplace and Loyalty systems
