**We have an exciting opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Officer to join our clients Compliance Team and help them maintain our regulatory and contractual obligations. It is essential that applicants have experience working in Compliance in the VET sector. You will assist with monitoring and reporting on compliance with RTO registration and State funding contract requirements.

The role will enjoy continual engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and will complement the existing Compliance Team. This highly role will best suit an individual that is keen to show off their attention to detail and compliance skills.

**Essential attributes and experience (Key Selection Criteria)**
- Experience in a similar role where accuracy is paramount
- Professional business acumen where excellence our service is a priority both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Use initiative and confidence to introduce/streamline processes as appropriate
- Monitor and report on compliance with NVR Standards for RTO and State based funding and traineeship requirements
- Conduct regular spot checks of student and trainer records for accuracy and compliance
- Participate in internal and external validations as per validation schedule
- Any other compliance related duties as required
- Excellent knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
- Excellent knowledge of State based funding contracts nationally
- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible approach to work
- 2 years of experience in a Compliance or similar role in the VET sector
- VET related qualification would be highly regarded
