**MeToU Care** is a leading Home Care Service providers in NSW. We offer services from Home Care support, Support Independent Living, and Nursing Care to individuals living with a disability or in aged care. Due to organisational growth, we seek to expand our team of aged care and disability professionals.

**About the role**
- This a full time position to be based from our Eastwood office._
- Supporting clients or participant to work towards achieving their goals.
- Developing strong trust based relationships with clients or participants and delivering person centered care and support.
- Working effectively with the clients or participants to coordinate, implement and maximise identified care plan goals.
- Delivering clear accurate and timely record keeping.
- Liaise with clients/families to ensure consistent and requested services are being delivered.
- Scheduling services for clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availability.
- Approving support staff shifts and managing rosters.
- Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff.

**About you**
- Be reliable, having a caring and compassionate personality
- Chinese - Mandarin Speaking is essential, with good command of spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in CHSP field, minimum 1 - 2 years.
- Exceptional customer service & Time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Tertiary qualification and/or experience in relevant field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- related working: 1 year (preferred)
