We have exciting opportunity for dynamic and experienced Services Coordinator to join our high performing team.

**About the role**

As a Services Coordinator, you will have a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across fit-out, refurbishment and new build construction. You are responsible for the management of quality, cost and program of projects in relation to services trades. Key responsibilities of the job include:

- Ensure service delivery is effective and meets the stated Contract requirements and KPI’s.
- Provide D&C/ Services recommendations based on service trade knowledge.
- Actively manage and promote safety and environmental requirements of the business.
- Champion research and understanding into innovative technology that will assist the business in creating a point of difference in the market.
- Champion training and lessons learnt on service-related matters to the greater business.
- Provide input to a detailed program for service works to the project team prior to commencement on site.
- Communicate program issues to the project team, direct manager and the Operations Department as appropriate.
- Review services contract documents and create, communicate, distribute and manage all programs relating to services.
- Act as company representative at Services industry events.
- Act as point of contact for the business for technical services matters.
- Provide the technical knowledge and support to ensure the project is completed to a satisfactory standard.

**About you**

You will demonstrate technical service trade knowledge and previous services experience within the commercial construction industry and have a strong customer service focus. You will be a motivated team player with the following key attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering or building trade qualification accompanied with significant relevant experience and relevant training.
- A positive and driven personality with a desire to exceed expectation
- Ability to be a role model and an ambassador for Sarah’s Safety standards
- Great time management skills whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
