Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

**About the role**

The purpose of this role is to assist the Service Improvement Operations Manager and provide vital administrative support to the project team. This role aims to streamline administrative processes, enhance communication and collaboration among team members, and contribute to the overall success and timely completion of projects. The incumbent will play a crucial part in maintaining project documentation, managing schedules, facilitating stakeholder communication, and handling various administrative responsibilities, all of which contribute to the achievement of project goals and milestones.
- Provide valuable assistance to the Service Improvement Operations Manager, supporting their daily activities.
- Ensure effective coordination and organisation of tasks within the project team.
- Schedule meetings to facilitate efficient planning and collaboration.
- Facilitate smooth communication with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Assist in booking arrangements to facilitate seamless logistics for project activities.
- Collect and organise documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Handle various administrative tasks to maintain a well-structured project environment.

**About you**
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- The capability to build strong relationships, establish rapport, and work effectively within a diverse team.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, manipulating data, and utilizing formulas and functions for analysis and reporting.
- The ability to navigate discussions, understand various perspectives, and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Adeptness in managing conflicts or disagreements, fostering constructive dialogue, and facilitating resolution.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry, organisation, and basic data analysis.
