**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented **Knowledge Manager** on a contract basis to own the enhancement of our knowledge base, and turn it into a well oiled information sharing platform and ensure our many years of information and experience is well documented, easy to use, easy to find.

This will be a 6-month contract role to start, with possible extension based on project scope.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform a full content review of internal Wiki.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement in relation to: template updates (policies, procedures, guidelines, etc); and re-write customer content to be user-friendly
- Review Wiki content both proactively and reactively to ensure style guidelines are continually met
- Establish Wiki style guidelines
- Provide support for staff to use and maintain the Wiki
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve and expand Wiki content
- Futureproof ongoing organisation maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Wiki
- Knowledge of Confluence
- Have a background in intranet management, intranet development or digital publishing
- Strong documentation development skills
- Experience in improving user experience (design, content, visuals, diagrams)
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia (Australian Permanent Residency/Australian Citizenship).
- Jira admin experience
