**About the Role**:
**CarPlace Bibra Lake** has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Buying Centre Specialist**. Your primary focus will be making calls to potential customers - facilitating the purchase of used-vehicles from the public through leads, building rapport with stakeholders, and coordinating our Vehicle Inspectors. This role is all about making customers happy whilst bringing them into the CarPlace crew.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues, both over the phone and in person.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- The ability to identify and gain new business through various methods including cold calling and following up on leads.
- A solid understanding of different vehicles, their features, and associated services to provide accurate information to customers.
- A driven and motivated individual who strives to meet and exceed targets and goals.
