**About the Role**:
CarPlace Bibra Lake is seeking a Collection Point Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with vehicle pickups and inquiries.
- Coordinating test drives and ensuring vehicle readiness.
- Reviewing contracts, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot.
- Liaising with Finance, Aftercare, Call Centre, and Workshop teams to ensure seamless delivery.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of record management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
