**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Outstanding communication skills with a passion for delivering customer joy
- Handling all incoming phone calls and internet enquiries with confidence and care
- Engaging with customers, selling vehicles online or over the phone, and seamlessly appointing them to showroom professionals
- A personable and bright phone manner
- The ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach to meeting KPIs and exceeding expectations
- Strong computer literacy with high attention to detail and accuracy
- A valid **WA Driver’s Licence**:

- Previous **Sales or Retail experience** is ideal (but not essential, we’ll train you)
