**Our Opportunity**
Due to internal movements, Galintel has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Manager** to join the team. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW, and allows you to shape your team. Duties will include however are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Credit request documentation and completion.
- Keeping accurate records and documentation
- General administration duties as required.
- Dispatching goods
- Liaising with the warehouse
- Mentor and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
**The Right Person**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service management role or a in a team leader capacity.
- Strong attention to details and data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A real passion to help your team grow.
- Input ideas for continuous improvement
