**Our Opportunity**
Galintel is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to manage 3 direct reports and look to improves business processes. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW.
Duties will include:
- Providing support for all intercompany queries, orders, logistics and all other aftermarket export orders.
- Ensuring the team understands priority tasks and all jobs are delegated effectively.
- Lead by example and attend customer service calls and queries within required SLA time frames.
- Work within a team environment to ensure all customers have weekly expedite updates.
- Develop, improve and implement process improvement plans to ensure strong service levels within the team.
**The Right Person**
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience at a call centre, sales or customer-focused position. Ideally, in a position that requires you to provide advice or solutions to external stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing small local or remote teams.
- Proven experience in Logistics Management or similar would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environments.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
