**Your key responsibilities include**:
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in forward planning the implementation of the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) statewide rollout program that delivers the electronic rostering tool to the front line.

Program Management
- Provide expert advice in relation to assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of program and project deliverables, including the evaluation of risks identified for the proposed implementation.
- Lead the creation of integrated statewide implementation plans and schedules to ensure all rollout implementation and transition activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of each rollout.

Improvement
- Investigate, promote, influence and drive the resolution of integration aspects between release management and project delivery issues.

Communication
- Provide expert and strategic advice through briefing notes or other communication channels as required on a broad range of topics either proactively to manage risks and issues or as requested including reporting to the relevant governance committees.

Resource Management/Other
- Ensure resource flexibility and workforce capability to support the delivery of the program to all stakeholders including the planning of resources required for the program.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated success in providing leadership, management and motivation to a team of project delivery professionals with a strong focus on meeting outcomes, quality client service, and customer driven culture in an environment of change, and in compliance with human resource policies.
- Proven experience in building large and complex plans and schedules to support ERP implementations and support transition
- Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues, build effective client and stakeholder relationships in an environment of change.
- Demonstrated high level program/project management skills and the ability to design and implement plans and performance reporting leading to the delivery of successful programs/projects and effective management of risk.
- Demonstrated experience managing a project/program management office (PMO) including the creation and improvement of key project/program artefacts
