If this sounds like you read on because Cater Care is on the hunt for a Content and Proposals Coordinator to join our Communications and Brand Team.

**About the role**:
The role reports directly to the Group Communications and Brand Manager based in Brisbane. The team values initiative, creativity, precision and people who know how to get stuff done. The team is small, and committed, and they work across two states, so a sense of humour and good communication is important.

The role is primarily responsible for:

- Delivering engaging creative content to support communications and marketing efforts across all areas of the business, including brochures, case studies and fact sheets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce written content across a variety of communications channels including internal and external campaigns.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related communications and/or proposal writing role with a degree in marketing/communications/related field highly regarded.
- Proven high-level written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to pick up concepts quickly and discuss them confidently with specialists to identify key messages and selling points, and translate them into written materials tailored to the target audience.
- Approachable and able to develop professional, effective working relationships with existing internal personnel.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
