**About the role**:
As the Manager of Support Coordination, you will provide the Support Coordinators/ Recovery coaches with the necessary supervision, training, and guidance to fulfil their KPI’s. This role partners with the Chief Executive officer and Executive Leadership Team to drive, monitor and support strategic change and program sustainability.

**You will**:

- Provide leadership to the Support Coordination team, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to clients
- Drive a culture of accountability, learning and aiming for exceptional, high-quality consistent care and support
- Develop and implement operational plans, collaborating with the CEO and executive leadership team
- Consult with funding bodies, clients, and other professionals to ensure legislative and contractual compliance for the services being delivered.
- Manage and support a caseload of Support Coordination/Specialist Support Coordination Clients

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelors' degree-level qualifications in disability, aged care or health or similar discipline, as a minimum.
- DHS Disability, Working with Children Check or NDIS Workers Check.
- Responding to Child Abuse and Neglect Certificate.
- Proficient understanding of the NDIS and Support Coordination.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Disability/Mental Health or Aged Care industry or equivalent
- Knowledge of NDIS, National Mental Health Service Standards and Disability Services of Older Australians program.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic, values-driven approach.
- Strong, inclusive leadership style, resilience and transformation credentials and proven success in leading robust, safe, professional operational functions
- Ability to respond decisively to a variety of situations and/or issues based on sound knowledge and experience.
- Intermediate level word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook skills
- Ability to effectively manage complaints
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to the workplace.

**Please note**:The Manager, Support Coordination is required to provide evidence of their COVID Vaccination status, as required by the Emergency Management (In-home and Community Aged Care and Disability Support Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) Direction 2021.
