**The Role**

The Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in working with clients and planning their program to ensure they receive the support and services required to reach their individual goals.The coordinator is also responsible for the supervision, safety, coordination of training requirements, and performance management of support workers to meet and exceed the expectations of the clients we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with clients to identify their goals, support goal achievement and ensure they receive great care and support, every time.
- Coaching and mentoring Support Workers, ensuring clients and business needs are met
- WHS compliance of Support Worker practice and work environment (client homes) is monitored for completion, action, and reporting as required
- Contribute to the recruitment of Support Workers to match client needs
- Timely and effective management of incidents and feedback
- Support the development of recruitment strategies to align with client requirements.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum Certificate IV or above in Health / Community Services (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of NDIS and/or My Aged Care Home Care Packages
- Person-centred (problem-solving), decision making and leadership
- High-level critical thinking
- Highly effective time management
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check
- DCSI/DHS Working with Children Check (issued before 1st February 2021)

**Please note**:All Client Service Coordinators are required to provide evidence of their COVID Vaccination status, as required by the Emergency Management (In-home and Community Aged Care and Disability Support Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) Direction 2021.
