startup boutique consulting business
helping organisations streamline operations through enterprise systems, digital transformation, and business process improvement. We work across both commercial and not-for-profit (NFP) sectors.

About the Role

This internship is designed for final-year students or recent graduates aiming to build a career in:

  • ERP consultancy (Odoo, SAP or similar systems)
  • Business analysis & IT project management
  • Enterprise architecture & digital solutions

You'll gain exposure to real projects, mentoring, and a structured pathway into consulting.

What You'll Do

  • Support the principal consultant in ERP implementation, analysis, and documentation
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist in workshops
  • Contribute to client projects and internal knowledge frameworks
  • Contribute to internal company projects

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, business, engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting, ERP systems, and digital solutions
  • Having a great attitude to consulting, learning, cooperating and team work
  • Highly organised and self driven to commit to deadlines and quality of deliverables

Preferred:

  • Exposure to ERP systems and concepts
  • BI tool exposure (Power BI, Tableau, Odoo BI, etc.)
  • Interest in the NFP sector (experience a plus)
  • Web development (frontend/backend)
    – highly recommended
  • Python programming
    – highly recommended

Training Program

As part of the role, the successful intern must complete an
Advanced Industry Proprietary Training Program
(approx. 135 hrs: 35 hrs online instructor-led + 100 hrs self-study). This program uses
exclusive methodology
and is recognised in ERP/consulting circles.

  • Fee:
    $1,500
    (3 instalments; 40% upfront)
  • $600 reimbursed
    after successfully completing the first client project AND 3 months part-time post-internship
  • Training is on your own time (not billable), although most instructor-led sessions may occur during business hours
