Digital Convergence is a leading consultancy in strategic business process redesign and automation. We look at clients’ whole-of-business objectives to drive our analysis of systems, efficiencies and resources, process mapping and redesign, selection of management and automation software, project management, implementation, transition, change management, performance support, training management, and post-implementation audit and review. Independent from solution vendors, we focus on the optimisation of innovative, game-changing outcomes for clients.

We are currently looking for new resources to join our existing team to extend our capacity of meeting our rapidly growing clients’ demands.

This position is available as a part-time or full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:
Depending on one’s skill level, the responsibilities could range from:

- Managing support tickets from clients
- Analysing issue
- Determining solutions
- Testing solutions and communicating to clients
- Completing system administration
- Conducting End User training both onsite and remotely
- Developing documentation including
- Business processes
- End-User training
- Customisation Requirements
- Assistant to Senior Consultants as required with research, testing, documentation, and system setup

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong business acumen
- Good understanding of business process
- Highly motivated and able to work alone and as part of a progressive team
- Profession phone manner

**Experience**:

- Min 3 years functional business experience
- Would suit a graduate or someone with a few years working with ERP software of Net Suite, Pronto, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc. as a user or support or consultant
- Pronto user experience is highly desirable
- Previous support or helpdesk experience is highly desirable

Occasionally, travel to customer sites may be required, and therefore an Australian Driver’s License, own transport, and a valid Passport are highly desirable.

Flexible work arrangements are possible, including working from home, flexible work hours, and part-time positions.

Australian Citizen preferred but must have permanent Work Visa as a minimum.
