**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lead all aspects of daily café operations, ensuring seamless service across both front and back-of-house
- Coach, inspire and manage a diverse team of baristas, kitchen staff, and F&B attendants to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Manage supplier relationships, stock control, ordering and cost management
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, food safety and RSA regulations
- Liaise with the owners to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
- Foster a team culture that reflects the café’s community spirit, high standards and warm service values
- Handle customer feedback, escalations and deliver top-tier service recovery when needed
- Drive profitability through smart labour, cost, and waste management
- Oversee POS and daily financial reporting, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting

**About You**
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Supervisor in a high-quality café or casual dining environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump into service when needed
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations, WHS, food safety and RSA compliance
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, ordering platforms, rostering software, etc.)
- RSA certification (mandatory)
