The Venue Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the management of all areas of the venue with a real focus on customer service and leading and coaching your team.
- Develop and lead an elite team culture
- Have a customer-centric approach
- Ensure venue is compliant with all external bodies
- Ensure high standard of customer service is set in the venue and all employees trained in accordance

**Qualifications**:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
