**About The Role**
- Reporting to the Contract Manager Program Lead, the role of the **Construction Manager** is to provide clear leadership to both project teams, engineering and commercial teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and ensuring HSE, efficiency and quality goals and objectives are met and maintained on Company and Client sites.
- The position will be working within our Infrastructure Services division with our Victorian Electricity team based out of Dandenong South depot.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Site and program management of construction teams including the responsibility for all tendering, development, construction, financial, safety and quality issues involved in these works.
- Ensure that any necessary prioritisation of forward works programmes to meet budget and schedule.
- Managing the performance and compliance of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Providing on-site and off-site assistance for all team members, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with contract, cultural and legal requirements.
- Manage project engineering, project controls, commercial and administration to ensure the successful operation of the contract and any projects, in accordance with the budget, time schedules, quality, safety and profit targets.
- Participate in the implementation of best practice, Innovation and other initiatives within teams, functional groups and across all internal and external interfaces.
- To monitor industry trends and developments; Liaise with Client to ensure their satisfaction and to provide prompt action for any matters that are unsatisfactory.
- Continually Delegate and ensure resolution of customer enquiries when tasked to the operations team.

**About You**
- You will have a Tertiary Qualification within the filed accompanied with extensive Construction workforce management experience.
- You will also possess:

- Experience in the Energy sector ideal
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Exquisite stakeholder engagement skills Experienced in driving alternative pricing strategies to stay competitive/leading in a complex market**Diversity**
