**The organisation**

Our client helps people with legal matters, they provide their legal services to people who are socially and economically disadvantaged, people with a disability, children, the elderly and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

**The role**

Reporting to Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will be providing support to the organisation across the employee lifecycle and the ability to deliver services as part of a collaborative team. Working alongside People and Culture business partners to coordinate recruitment processes and ability to provide resourcing and recruitment advice to hiring managers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to facilitate, coordinate and provide advice during the recruitment process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to utilise talent pools
- Work along-side P&C assistant and payroll teams to review and finalise recruitment paperwork.

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant studies and/or equivalent experience in human resources
- Managing and supporting an internal end-to-end recruitment function
- Ability to operate effectively in a team, contribute positively to work realtionships
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders.
