Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Melbourne CBD

Company: An Legal Organization that provides Legal advice and Education to avoid conflict and provide resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Assists with the preparation and distribution of offer letters and contracts
- Maintains accurate records of recruitment activities in HR systems
- Assists with other HR related tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
