**How will I help?**

The Customer Marketing Team is a progressive environment where we continue to revolutionise experiences across customer touchpoints, mature best-in-class marketing capabilities, and live by agile principles within the organisation. The role of Marketing Communications Manager is required to lead multiple initiatives for Business Remediation across the Group’s portfolio of brands.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end delivery of Business remediation and rectification communications across a range of brands and products
- Implementation of activity across direct mail, outbound telemarketing, digital and front-line channels
- Provide strategic insight to minimise customer impact and maximise customer experience
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement across processes to maximise efficiencies
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business areas

**What do I need?**
- 5 years’ experience in CRM and/or Personalisation related roles in a large corporate environment - preferably digital/telco/financial industry
- Customer centricity demonstrated through understanding and implementation of customer centric experiences
- Remediation experience is very well regarded but not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills including ability to identify trends and performance expectations based on operational considerations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager or similar is desirable
