**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Assets Management**

Oversee the organization, maintenance, and distribution of our brand assets.
- **Brand Management**

Lead the development and establishment of XPENG in Australia, ensuring proper positioning in the market.

Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers, digital agencies, advertising partners, influencers, and media to support XPENG effectively.

Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events, including the launch event for new vehicles and other strategic initiatives.

Develop and implement the brand strategy to align with XPENG's vision and goals in the Australian market.
- **Marketing Strategy**

Create and execute annual marketing plans based on market analysis and industry insights.

Define target markets and customer segments, leveraging deep insights into market opportunities.

Design and implement promotional strategies to enhance customer loyalty and brand engagement.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet business objectives.

Oversee brand image consistency and process controls to maintain quality and alignment with global standards.

Digital Transformation

Develop and implement a robust CRM system to optimize customer relationship management.

Increase conversion rates through targeted digital sales strategies with the XPENG distributor network.

Create and manage dashboards to monitor lead performance at distributor and national levels.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
