**How will I help?**

The Customer Marketing team is a progressive environment where we continue to revolutionise experiences across customer touchpoints, mature best-in-class marketing capabilities, and live by agile principles within the organisation. The role of the Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager within the Customer Advocacy & Response team is to nurture, retain and educate our customers through relevant and contextual 1:1 communications in customer life moments.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end delivery of customer-centric marketing campaigns across traditional and digital CRM channels
- Development of internal communications, strategic solution ideation and continuous improvement
- Own customer advocacy marketing and service campaigns across a range of brands and products for Lines of Business
- Support crisis management customer communications in the event of a natural disaster or digital outage
- Provide strategic insight to minimise customer impact and maximise positive customer experience
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement to maximise campaign efficiencies
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business areas

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in CRM and/or personalisation marketing related roles - preferably within the digital/telco/financial industry
- Customer centricity demonstrated through understanding and implementation of customer centric experiences
- High level of commercial acumen and experience
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to translate data into actionable insights and identify trends and performance expectations based on operational considerations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager or similar is desirable
