**About the opportunity**:
The People and Culture team provides a career opportunity to lead innovative people strategies. Working with the leadership and broader team, you will assist in the development and delivery of a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, remuneration and performance management, talent acquisition, HR reporting and employee engagement.

Reporting to the Head of HR and leading a team of 3 Business partners you will also be well supported with various resources by a centralized HR services team.

**About you**:

- You'll have strong experience as a human resources generalist, relevant qualifications in human resource management or business, and the ability to support your key stakeholders with a collaborative approach.
- A solid understanding of compliance, legal and industrial relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environment
- Strategic thinking but an operational, hands-on approach to business partnering supporting and implementing HR processes, coaching and training others
- You understand the importance data can have on the people agenda
- Right of work documentation to work in Australia.
