**About Us**

Bloom is a boutique HR consulting company that supports small businesses and NFPs across Australia and New Zealand with their HR needs. We offer a range of services including outsourced HR solutions, recruitment, training, career transition and coaching at all levels.

This is a great opportunity for a driven and passionate Generalist HR and Recruitment professional to join our small, supportive and busy team. We work with a range of clients across a number of sectors, primarily not-for-profits and charities within the community services sector.

**About the Role**

The focus for this role will be to continue driving recruitment and managing HR client accounts and functions via the enable HR platform. Experience and proficiency in using enable HR is desirable, although not essential as full training can be provided.

You must be able to work unsupervised and work at a fast pace juggling many balls at once.

We offer flexible working arrangement, and you can be located anywhere in Australia.

This is a 6 month maternity leave position with possibility for extension.

**About You**

What we are looking for:

- You'll have a minimum of 2-3 years in a HR generalist role including end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in HRIS support, maintenance and implementation
- Excellent communication skills, responsive and fast paced
- Customer centric approach essential
- Good knowledge of IR legislation to provide excellent advice and manage risk
- Flexibility, resilience and ongoing commitment to providing the best outcomes for our clients who are often in the homelessness, DV, social housing, disability and start up small business throughout Australia
