**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the company's digital strategy, contributing to the growth and recognition of their top-tier brands.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives;
- Create high-quality content, adapting messages for various platforms;
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions;
- Stay updated on trends, leveraging new technologies for better outreach;
- Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely postings;
- Analyse performance metrics, offering insights for strategy enhancement;
- Explore collaboration opportunities to broaden company's brand reach;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners for cohesive campaigns.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Proven experience in social media strategy, execution and management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, MailChimp, and WordPress;
- Experience using Hubspot would be advantageous, but is not essential;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Marketing, or Communications;
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook;
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management;
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and professionalism.
