White & Co. is a fast-moving, women’s fashion retailer. Our small and dedicated team is a close-knit group who are excited by new opportunities and enjoy working collaboratively together to grow the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Posting & Monitoring**
Schedule and post high-quality content across all key social media platforms. Engage with audiences, coordinate timely responses to followers, grow community engagement, and monitor performance. Coordinate the capturing and re-sharing of user-generated content.

Explore and implement new ways to leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness and build brand engagement.

**Content Development & Execution**
Plan, develop, create and execute content calendars across all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube.

Proactively identify and communicate opportunities relating to social media channel updates, trends, and influencers and conduct regular competitor analysis.

Develop and coordinate influencer partnerships, including identifying key partners, managing communications, monitoring progress, and reporting on results.

**Design & Creative**
Ensure the brand is accurately represented through all social media assets.

Plan, create and execute posts for multiple social platforms, coordinating the design, message creation, and asset development in the process.

Coordinate social media photoshoots and videography, including creative direction, asset creation timelines, and carrying out key operational tasks, such as setting up sets, preparing stock, and liaising with suppliers & team members.

**Marketing**
Build, schedule and plan EDMS. Use key metric analysis to identify and implement opportunities to engage and convert customers.

**Reporting & Analysis**
Track and monitor all social channel performance. Use key metric analysis to identify and implement opportunities to engage and convert customers.

Set goals for growth and engage stakeholders in social media analytics.

**Skills and experience**:

- Must have 1-2 years of experience as a social media coordinator
- A positive, enthusiastic, hard-working attitude
- A passion for social media, cultural trends, & digital marketing that inspires our team
- Ability to analyse data and leverage it for key business outcomes
- Experience and knowledge of social media for business
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms and reporting tools
- Creative skills, including strong copywriting and an eye for graphic design
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite preferred
- Shopify experience is a bonus
