We are looking for a Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Coordinator to join the team, you will assist in analyzing and enhancing the customer lifecycle through our automated campaigns. This role will provide you with exposure to all aspects of the marketing function and other business teams, helping to shape our onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will learn to use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to design and optimize customer journeys.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and refine customer journeys.
- Reporting on actions taken relating to Key Business Metrics.
- Build and execute journeys, campaigns, and audience segments for customer marketing programs.
- Monitor and use data analytics to create a great customer experience and successful personalized direct marketing campaigns.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Experience In Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar product Is Ideal but not crucial.
- An understanding of HTML or SQL is beneficial but not crucial.
- High attention to detail (Including proofing and editing).
- Willingness to learn and adapt, we strive for the best results and are supported to try new things to achieve this.
- An Interest In Racing and/or Sports is essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
